Added OUT-OF-SCOPE setting options

Due to the different assessment of “driving” and “availability” activities for special types of transport companies, an option has been added in CarTracker’s Settings. The “Activities” tab has been added – see below.

The default setting is: consider driving as driving and availability as availability – this is the setting that has guided the calculation so far, so if it is not necessary to change it, there is no need to do anything with it.
