A. Programs
Older programs Tachograph driver card software 1.4 / 2 / TDCS3 cannot load the driver card and tachograph of the 2nd generation.
You need to purchase an “Upgrade” to the new CarTracker Tacho TEK program.
Prices are different. Check with your local dealer.
CarTracker program purchased until 30.8.2023 version number 1.1.xxxx or 1.2.xxx or 1.3.xxx does not have a module for generation 2 ver. 2 tachographs.
You need to download a new version with a number starting with 2.2.xxxx – either directly from the program (Main menu -> Update-Control) or from this website – section Programs.
To complete the activation of CarTracker on Gen.2-2, a new license number must be obtained, the fee please check with your local dealer
B. Data Keys
Siemens VDO downloadkey (grey-blue color) and Tachodrive (orange color)- it is not possible to update, you need to buy a new one – see Products -> Data keys. Products -> Data keys
Data key Tachosys digiVU (digiVU Plus) – for updates, contact your local dealer
Lisle DigiDown data key – for updates, contact your local dealer
